VP of Business Development
Ron is responsible for Business Development Imperia. In this role, his responsibilities include: Strategic Sales Planning, Sales Operations Management. He collaborates with Imperia’s Business verticals in providing focused Sales and Marketing solutions to energy clients. His Sales Operations Management responsibilities include: CRM program stewardship, senior leadership and developing Sales People, and Processes.
Ron has over 40 years of energy related project experience. Ron, after 15 years working with two of the world’s largest EPC contractors formed Pacitti Group, Inc. subsequently acquired by Altran Group, to provide expert project management and cost / schedule engineering services to owners and contractors. He is also co-founder of Power Project Management, LLC, a provider of project development and management services to the utility and independent power generation industries. He has managed energy capital projects in all phases from inception through design, construction, and commissioning. His experience includes the development of project execution planning, construction planning and scheduling, change order review, and contract close out.
Mr. Pacitti has been accepted by courts as an expert in construction management, and has developed a project productivity forecasting methodology (P3M). He has served as a court-appointed expert on federal bankruptcy cases for the reconciliation of over 50 projects. Mr. Pacitti has provided insurers with evaluations of progress and cost to complete on $1 billion of at-risk or defaulted contract work in the United States and the United Kingdom.
